We offer preventative services such as Texas Health Step exams, physicals, and immunizations. We also offer care for acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, heart conditions, and hypertension.
Our social service workers provide a range of services and assistance at no cost from two of our locations and our licensed social worker provides individual, couples and family counseling.
